Vintage Alphonse Mucha The Seasons Art Nouveau Calendar

The illustrations are from the 3 variants of panel series "The Seasons" (or "The Four Seasons") by the Czech Art Nouveau master Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939) - from 1896, 1897 and 1900 (all of them now in the public domain). The four seasons are personified by four beautiful ladies. The ones representing winter are completely covered in a mantle,, among white branches with snow. The ones representing spring have blossoms and spring flowers. The ones representing summer have poppies or sunflowers. The ones representing autumn have fruits and grape vines.
