View from the Studio Window | Isaac Grünewald Jigsaw Puzzle
View from the Studio Window (before 1925) is an original artwork by Swedish-Jewish expressionist painter Isaac Grünewald (1889–1946). The piece captures a vibrant, abstract urban landscape viewed from the artist's studio window. Grünewald’s expressionist style utilises bold, non-naturalistic colours and dynamic brushwork to convey the emotional atmosphere of the scene. The painting reflects the energy of the city, with geometric and organic shapes blending to depict the urban environment in a highly stylised manner. The work evokes a sense of the artist’s connection to his surroundings while offering a modernist interpretation of urban life.

I was a bit disappointed to find that for the price the puzzle was only a small 252 pieces ..... but ....... it is so intricate that if it was bigger I would be frazzled by now
bought as a special Christmas jigsaw for work colleagues to play with in our breaks - it is a great way to get the team to collaborate on something fun, and to start conversations between folk, and a great positive opportunity to provide compliments on the effort put in and progress being made
the puzzle itself is beautifully made - each piece feels lovely (not a cheap cardboard puzzle) and the shapes are all similar but different
Still a work in progress after a week - it's great!!!!
a truly lovely thing ... it will come out each year - both at work and at home. great image, and fantastic finish on the pieces
