Victorian Art Byron "She Walks in Beauty" Glossy Poster
Glossy Poster: "She Walks in Beauty" (Lord Byron), vintage art and historical poetry with a modern twist. A graceful lady gathers an armful of night blossoms in this lovely Victorian illustration of 1846 by Daniel Maclise and F.W. Topham. The original black-and-white engraving is in the public domain; I've remixed it by digitally painting it. To complement the enchanting imagery, I've incorporated a quotation from the beautiful 1814 poem by George Gordon, Lord Byron: "She walks in beauty like the night..." This glossy poster is perfect for the 21st-century lover of 19th-century art and poetry. It would look wonderful on the wall of a neo-Victorian parlour, boudoir, or study.
