A lovely image found in one of the many old Victorian scrapbooks in my possession. Her little bouquet of violets is significant: violets represent love and faithfulness. Note that she appears on both sides of the mug, in mirror image. A very sweet print for a mug, and a great gift for the fan of Victoriana and/or the Victorian decor and/or the antique decor! The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
