VBAC: Hospitals cannot force cesareans Bumper Sticker

Many women are not aware that they can plan a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) even if a hospital has a VBAC ban. The American College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (2010) is clear: "even if a centre does not offer TOLAC, such a policy cannot be used to force women to have cesarean delivery or to deny care to women in labour who decline to have a repeat cesarean delivery."
