You did not apply the 20% discount you offered if I included my cell phone # and my email fot you to contact me. I emailed you multiple times to send an envelope for each card I purchased or allow me to purchase these envelopes. You never returned my calls via your website after I waited over 45 minutes twice and finally gave up. .
