Sakata Kintoki struggling with a Huge Carp in a Waterfall is a work of Utagawa Kuniyoshi who used the woodcut technique and completed this in 1836. It is one of the greatest Utagawa Kuniyoshi Ukiyo-e mythological art.In 1827 he received his first major commission for the series, One hundred and eight heroes of the popular Suikoden all told , based on the incredibly popular Chinese tale, the Shuihu Zhuan.
