Upper Falls Covered Bridge, Vermont Magnet
The historic Upper Falls Covered Bridge, also known as the Downer’s Covered Bridge, spans the Black River in Weathersfield, Vermont. Built in 1840 by locally famous bridge builder James Tasker of Claremont, NH, this bridge was completely rebuilt in 2008. This photograph of the original bridge was taken in 2006, before the restoration.
