About This Design

Ulam Spiral Round Clock

If you plot every integer in a spiral and darken the prime numbers, something weird happens. A pattern emerges. There's no known way to predict where prime numbers will occur, but the beautiful spiral patterns they create taunt mathematicians with the possibility that there IS a way. Ulam, the mathematician who discovered this effect, did so while doodling on a napkin during a boring conference talk!

I was decorating a bedroom for a young soccer fan and this was an ideal accessory. The young man loves it. Excellent printing and easy to read for a 9 year old.

My Uncle has dementia, I wanted to get him things that meant something to him. He loved his bowls and he recognised himself and the game immediately. I am so happy he is happy. Printing was exceptional for the quality of photo's I had available to me.
