富嶽三十六景 凱風快晴（fugaku sanjūrokkei, Gaifū kaisei / ふがく さんじゅうろっけい がいふう かいせい / South Wind, Clear Sky), also known as Red Fuji, from the series Thirty-six View of Mount Fuji）
”Thirty-six View of Mount Fuji" was created by 葛飾北斎（Katsushika Hokusai） [1760-1849], an ukiyoe artist, who used Mount Fuji as his subject matter. This is a collection of landscape paintings that vividly expresses life and customs.
Fugaku is another name for Mount Fuji.

I was a bit disappointed to find that for the price the puzzle was only a small 252 pieces ..... but ....... it is so intricate that if it was bigger I would be frazzled by now
bought as a special Christmas jigsaw for work colleagues to play with in our breaks - it is a great way to get the team to collaborate on something fun, and to start conversations between folk, and a great positive opportunity to provide compliments on the effort put in and progress being made
the puzzle itself is beautifully made - each piece feels lovely (not a cheap cardboard puzzle) and the shapes are all similar but different
Still a work in progress after a week - it's great!!!!
a truly lovely thing ... it will come out each year - both at work and at home. great image, and fantastic finish on the pieces
