Turtle with a cup of tea tote bag

I'm pretty sure that's a steaming cup of some beverage, and that's definitely a turtle, but I'm not sure what the other objects are in this colourful group.

I use this bag regularly - almost every day of the week - and am pleased by how sturdy it is. The navy handle means that the beige canvas tote doesn't look as it dingy as it would otherwise from regular use. I love my turtle tote!
