Trump Signature Watch

If your search engine had worked properly, I wouldn’t have the problem of having to return this man’s watch I specifically asked for “woman’s Trump watch”. Instead, you showed me something else. Now I have to go to the trouble of taking this watch to the post office because I need to make sure you get the damn thing back. I went ahead and ordered another watch simply because that is what I wanted in the first place I will never ever order from Zazzle again… You make it too difficult, you can’t answer my questions and I have to wait 24 to 48 hours and I need to go to the post office today so I’m going to mail this back to you and I sure do hope I do it right .

The personalization and the photo print on the face was perfect. However, I bought this as it was listed under women's...but, it came the same size as the men's watch that ordered. I called Zazzle. They were very understanding and more than willing to make me a happy customer...Explained that I should order a children's size, an then told me to keep this watch for no charge. And also since I bought the watches in a 50% off sale, they gave me a code to use for that same price for the watch I will buy to replace this one. I am VERY impressed with the customer service..and their willingness to accommodate my issue. I can say that I will be a return customer! The printing and the photo are perfect! Very clear!

The watch is very nice, the picture is great and the watch looks like quality. The only problem I am having with it is that it is a little too large, and I also can't figure out how to open the clasp. No directions came with it. Very good. The printing is perfect and the watch keeps good time.
