I had ordered 1 invite to see what the quality was like before I placed a bigger order, the invite took a while to arrive, but when I contacted Zazzle they quickly shipped me a replacement invite. When the invite arrived I was happy with the quality so placed my larger order, and I contacted Zazzle directly expressing concerns about the larger order and the shipping timeframe. Zazzle upgraded my postage to Priority for no additional cost and were wonderful every step of the way, I couldnt be more happy with the service I have received. I highly recommend Zazzle. I enjoyed creating my own individual invitation, uploading the photo was easy and the set up was also easy. My invitations came back on good quality card with really nice envelopes, really appreciated the packaging and service overall was excellent
