I ordered 3 tiles. I received someone else's order. Once that was straightened out, I Zazzle customer service assured me that my order would be sent out super fast. In the meantime I had ordered a different patterned tile; it arrived 3 days before this order!! Two of the tiles are beautifully glazed. However, the third tile has not been glazed and will need to be replaced. As I described above, two of the tiles are beautifully glazed and the colors are super. The third tile will need to be replaced because it is not glazed.
