Overall experience has been frustrating!! I wish I knew. I have been waiting over a week from the expected date of delivery. My return labels arrived but not the cards!
I have called three times, and I have sent three order inquiries. Every day for four days, my order was suppose to "arrive by 9 pm." The next day the same. Zazzle doesn't know what happened to my cards. They processed a "return" and credited by account, but what I want are my Christmas cards in time to mail them by Christmas!
