A photograph inspired me to pain this tropical image using acrylic paint. It was created for my dad's 70th birthday and he is the proud owner of the original :) He taught me how to draw and paint as a child, the first watercolour I made was actually of a cockatiel when I was 6! It's wonderful to rediscover the joy of creating as an adult. If you love parrots, this is for you!
