The first in my series of "Tableaux Vivants" (living pictures) - a surreal incorporation of my traditional female figurative portraits along with tiny magical scenes from historic or mythological imagery seemingly come to life. Painted this one for MegaCon, 2014. This first painting features the Triumph of Galatea with a rococo portrait The original painting herself sold at the show, but I have prints, posters & other merchandise available!

A beautiful card. Highest quality materials and print. Misunderstood the explanation of the gold accent. I took it as the design would be metallic in its appearance. Still a lovely card and I am extremely happy with it overall. Perfect, only that I expected the gold to be metallic.
