The tyrannical usurpation of authority via blatant acts of judicial activism by liberal judges cannot be allowed to stand. Time and time again citizens have expressed their wishes in support of traditional American values that marriage should remain a union of one man and one woman. In fact, 45 states have passed statutes defining marriage as such, and 30 states have passed Constitutional language defining marriage, as well. While many folks generally accept that people can do their own thing, a majority nevertheless strongly disavow the premise that such lifestyles could be judicially imposed as Constitutionally legitimate, in direct contradiction to our cultural heritage and social mores. One man. One woman. One marriage.
