This collection of doodles document my journey of understanding and living with depression and anxiety. By supporting this project you are helping The Doodle Chronicles in its aims to raise awareness of mental illness, contributing to the fight against stigma, and helping sufferers feel less alone. 'Today Has Been OK' is a nice reminder that, sometimes, just having an OK day is the most wonderful thing in the world. I hope that it can remind those suffering with mental illness that sometimes just being 'OK' is the best thing in the world. There will be OK days again!
