Traditional boat at Uros Islands on Lake Titicaca, Peru. Titicaca is noteable for a population of people who live on the Uros, a group of 44 or so artificial islands made of floating reeds (totora, a reed that abounds in the shallows of the lake). These islands have become a major tourist attraction for Peru, drawing excursions from the lakeside city of Puno. Their original purpose was defensive, and they could be moved if a threat arose. Many of the islands contain watchtowers largely constructed of reeds.

Excellent product, I have been to Positano and my hotel features in the jigsaw so it was special for me. The quality is fantastic and is beautiful when finished. The one thing that could be improved would be a A4 or bigger actual picture of the jigsaw not just the tiny picture on the lid of the box, I have to use a magnifying glass. This is my third puzzle from zazzle and I am now going the send my own picture of Switzerland to be made into a puzzle. Very satisfied a little darker than appeared on the web site.
