Three crane emblem. 'Mon-dian' refers to it as 'three cranes'. / It is the red-crowned crane that has been turned into a crest. There is an old legend in China and Japan that a hermit rides on a red-crowned crane of elegant style and flies. 'There are many trees where cranes roost, but this thousand-year-old branch is their favorite' (Shiki Monogatari), describing the contrast between pine branches and cranes, and on an island stand representing Mount Penglai, it is decorated along with a tortoise, a symbol of longevity and longevity (compiled by Kosaku Ito 'Japanese Crests').
