Lest anyone is so silly as to believe that the Founders were adamant about our being armed is for hunting. Jefferson says the guns are for use on tyrannical governments. Not Bambi, not target shooting.... Founding father and president Thomas Jefferson wrote that "The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bears arms is as a last resort against tyranny in the government." The illustration was done by Paul Revere, full time silversmith, part time artist.
