Heartfelt feelings of friendship can be found in this Thinking of You Dear Friend Card! I love the minimalism of it, and the sense of beauty found in winter. This delicate image of my crab apple tree in the dead of winter, in my front yard, is the backdrop for this card. I took the original image on a beautiful sunny day with the tree against a light blue sky and then turned it into a watercolor. The delicate branches and crab apple pattern reminds me of many Japanese inspired nature themes.
