It was a bit hard to believe at first, that the herbivores were more than a match for the carnivores as long as they stayed alert and never ran out of diesel. They began to realise that if they had a little drop of diesel inside, and didn’t allow a carnivore to take them suddenly, they could begin to relax and lead a happy life. Now it was the carnivores time to feel the indignity of being the poor relation. It didn’t go down well in carnivore circles.
