Thierry Henry arrived at Arsene Wenger's Arsenal in 1998 from Juventus, as a left winger. He had previously played for Wenger at Monaco, but after a less than ideal stint with The Old Lady in Italy, Henry came to Arsenal. Before leaving for Barcelona in 2007, Thierry won 2 Premier League titles, 2 FA Cups, and became Arsenal's all-time record goalscorer, with a tally of 228, 3 of which came when he returned for seven games in 2012. Henry was an influential part of the historic Invincibles team of 2003/04, when Arsenal went 49 games across all competitions without losing a single game, which stretched over 3 seasons. Thierry Henry also scored a hat trick on the final day at the historic Highbury on 7th May 2006, against Wigan Athletic - a win that not only secured Arsenal UEFA Champions League football for the first season at the state of the art Emirates Stadium, but at the expense of bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur too. Henry is often referred to as Arsenal's greatest ever player, and famously lost out on the 2003 Balon d'Or to Pavel Nevded - an award which more people than not believe 'Titi' deserved to win.
