The Yearling in Denver, Colorado Postcard

The Yearling is a sculpture that was homeless for a while - it was originally commissioned for a school in another state, but they decided they didn't want it unless the horse was removed. Eventually, the sculpture found a home in Denver, outside the main branch of the public library. The photo was taken with a lens that created distortion around the edges, which I think gives it a vintage, dream-like feel.

The paper is a good weight and feels like it will stand up to mailing well. The colors came out a little bit darker than I expected, but it didn't detract from the image at all.
