The Wood Stork T-Shirt

The bird in the original photograph on this T-Shirt is a wood stork. These unusual wild birds have long, thin legs and white feathers on the body and top layer of the wings. Under the white wing plumage is a layer of dark, almost black feathers forming the outer edges of the wings. The stork has a black and white textured layer of feathers on the neck, up to a band of black at the crown. Storks beaks are long and tapering to a curved tip, in shades of tans and browns. The bird in this photo is standing in profile on green grass with palm trees in the background, looking at us with one of his black eyes. The photo has a ragged edge on a black border. There is text in white which reads "I'm an endangered species." running vertically down from the stork's beak. The sentence refers to the fact that the wood stork in Florida is an endangered species, but could also refer to the wearer of the shirt. This text can be changed or deleted.
