Shakespeare's line from Othello rings true for humans, of course. Illustrating it here is an orangutan toddler who had her mother stolen from her, but she smiles with the new life she's found at a sanctuary for orphans in Indonesia. Orangutans are great apes, and they smell like cedar. I suspect it's a natural bug repellant because they had no bugs on them (near the equator in Indonesia) and not a single fly buzzing around them, as is often the case in other wildlife locations.
