'The time is now' seated Buddha silhouette Watch

This minimal Buddha silhouette is based on a bronze seated Buddha from Thailand (late 15th to early 16th century) exhibited in New York's The Met collection. He is seated in the cross-legged yogic posture of satvaparyankasana, the right leg placed over the left. You may edit or delete the caption "the time is now" - we added it, to make this design a little 'lighter', more tongue-in-cheek - but also to remind you to stay in the 'now' every time you look at your watch. The background is faux-gold.

Has heft and feel of expensive stainless steel quartz wrist watches. Solid construction and good looks. Although it had a really top quality rubber strap, I substituted a stainless steel "Shark" style mesh strap, which I think is the most comfortable strap available. Perfect. True colors of original image. Clear, crisp image precisely aligned and spaced.
