The Shepherd and his Girlfriend (by Holman Hunt) Bumper Sticker

This design features a painting by the English artist William Holman Hunt (1827–1910). It shows a shepherd with his arm around his attractive girlfriend: both the man and woman have red hair. There is a field of sheep behind them. The shepherd is showing his girlfriend a death's-head hawkmoth butterfly. The young woman has a lamb and some apples on her lap; she is holding her bare feet above the water of a small stream that is running through the farmland. It is an image of natural beauty and harmony. The original artwork was titled "The Hireling Shepherd" and it was painted in 1851; it is now housed in Manchester Art Gallery, UK.
