The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam Creation T-Shirt

The Rubáiyát of Omar Khayyám is the title that Edward FitzGerald gave to his 1859 translation from Persian to English of a selection of quatrains (rubāʿiyāt) attributed to Omar Khayyam (1048–1131), dubbed "the Astronomer-Poet of Persia". Various illustrated edition were produced, including one by Edmund J Sullivan, a noteable British illustrator. Quatrain LXXVII Ah, Moon of my Delight who know'st no wane, The Moon of Heav'n is rising once again: How oft hereafter rising shall she look This illustration seems to show the Creator and the sun, moon, stars and planets...
