A strikingly beautiful and remarkable bird with the ability to rise from the ashes of it's funeral pyre to be reborn and live it's 5 - 6 century life cycle again. This Phoenix is seen rising up from the smoke and ash with the pattern of flames on it's plumage. Done with mixed media in a black, yellow, orange and red palette.

This was exactly what was wanted for my piano crazy grandson! He is self taught & is now having lessons by a top teacher and has been asked to play at various venues in the US!
