I ordered this mug for my son-in-law for Christmas and paid additional 14.00 for expeedited S&H so it would arrive before Christmas. Well, the mug came in pink (not gray as ordered) and UPS was responsible for the delay in shipping. I am giving the product 5* and Zazzle customer service 5* rating because they stood behind their promise to make sure customers are happy and taken care of. The customer service rep was wonderful and he made sure the proper mug was redone and sent out. He also took care of the refund of S&H from UPS. My son-in-law texted me today to say he received his belated Christmas gift and is extremely happy with it. We got off to a "not so good" start but everything worked out and everyone is happy. I would definitely buy from Zazzle again. The printing turned out great! Love the saying and its layout! Great looking mug!

I ordered this mug for my father's birthday. The mug was excellent quality, durable, and on early on arrival. Being close to the holidays i was not expecting it to come in on time even. Great overall experience with the mug. The printing of the mug was excellent. All shading and labels on the mug were as is according to the online render of it. Great customization options for the mugs.

So personal and very much a product of today's market. I personally purchased the Mug for myself to stop others from taking it LOL 😆 However this would make the perfect personalised gift for anyone - I am thinking Work Christmas gift etc I like my coffee so I only wish the mug was slightly bigger. The Avatar I choose came out PERFECTLY it really does look spot on.
