The grey-banded kingsnake (Lampropeltis alterna) is a species of nonvenomous colubrid snake.The grey-banded kingsnake makes a marvellous pet. It does not attain a large size, is usually a good feeder on easily acquired food items, and it exhibits beautiful coloration. Due to their relatively small size, calm dispositions, and astounding array of pattern variations they are frequently captive bred. A grey-banded kingsnake can be a very long-lived pet (more then 26 years).

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
