The Goatherder Girl's Siesta (by Carlo Ademollo) Jigsaw Puzzle

This design features a painting by the Italian artist Carlo Ademollo (1824–1911). It depicts a young woman who is working as a goatherd in rural Italy; she is having a rest in the midday sun, taking a siesta. The girl is sleeping on a patch of grass. She is wearing a simple costume with a corset. Her feet are bare and she is wearing a blue scarf on her hair. There are lambs and goats in the background. One lamb is standing by her feet and looking at the young woman as she sleeps gracefully. The original artwork was painted by Carlo Ademollo in 1900.

Excellent product, I have been to Positano and my hotel features in the jigsaw so it was special for me. The quality is fantastic and is beautiful when finished. The one thing that could be improved would be a A4 or bigger actual picture of the jigsaw not just the tiny picture on the lid of the box, I have to use a magnifying glass. This is my third puzzle from zazzle and I am now going the send my own picture of Switzerland to be made into a puzzle. Very satisfied a little darker than appeared on the web site.
