The Feathered Dinosaur Nebula -2009 Poster

Sometimes an accident is not a bad thing! I was playing around with my nebula techniques in creating fractal illusions and not paying attention, I entered 3 calculations in the wrong fields. When I saw this result I couldn't resist rendering it as I rather liked the feathery look it had taken on. This artworks title was inspired by a recent article about the discovery of another feathered dinosaur fossil in China.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
