This design features a painting by the English artist Walter Crane (1845–1915). It shows a beautiful woman with wings like an angel. She is flying high in the sky. In her hand is an olive branch, representing the value of peace. The angel is wearing an elegant blue dress and she has brown hair; she is barefoot and her arms are raised in the air. Her wings are large and white, like the wings of a swan. The sky behind her is darker, perhaps representing the difficulty of attaining peace on Earth. The original artwork was painted in 1900.
