Emailed the company twice after a week of not receiving the product. According to tracking, item is at a post office, but after multiple calls and attempts, they can't locate it. Now I paid for something that was never received and customer service is not returning any emails. Can't judge the printing quality as I never received the item.

I loved the fact we could add two photos but still have plenty of room to write a personalised message, and the the thank you heart on the front is a lovely touch. Simple, elegant, charming - can't wait to get them into our guests' letterboxes! The print quality is excellent - really love how the colours came out on the textured ecru card.
