Love Zazzle and Zazzle's customer service. The font menu wasn't working online (so we had to order twice to get the correct font). This case fit too snuggly on the new Iphone 5s (about 1-2mm off) so we hesitate to continue using it because it seems like it's pinching the phone. Excellent but it would have helped to have auto centering online b/c our design was a few mm off.
