Searched for the perfect Christmas gift for my sisters. THIS IS IT! Grandmother was Danish so this was an excellent choice - the artist showcased the design so well. My sisters are both very accomplished cooks, and they immediately started handwriting recipes in the book to pass to their children, for their 'someday.' And, the most perfect part is that my sisters were very emotional about receiving this book, and they cried. Good tears. Books arrived quickly. Perfect condition.
