Teal and white is blended together to create various shades of greenish blue, teal and turquoise resulting in a mottled or tie dye effect. Blending bluish green or peacock colours creates a dappled or blotchy background pattern. A gaussian blur was added to a digital photo resulting in this unique graphic art design.
