The Alliance Health Education Initiative (AHEI) promotes community health, education and related charitable endeavours in collaboration with the American Medical Association Alliance (AMAA). Smaller organisations can often be overlooked by larger foundations and corporations and that’s where AHEI strives to fill the gap. Proceeds from this store fund grants for critical health initiatives carried out by small community-based organisations. Since 2012 the organisation has provided funding for programs as relevant and timely as the opioid epidemic, immigrant health, food insecurity, and health care worker mental and physical well-being.
