I rated one star because i have not received the product yet. I contacted customer service and received a reply to wait and allow more time although it has been 14 days since it shipped and 10 days since there were any changes or info on the tracking. It stopped in another state and nothing. No additional contact from anyone. I was asked to provide a rating when I have not received the product and appears to be lost.
