This is an AI design. The T-Rex has an extra tail. I wanted to see if I could fix it but, then I thought I might as well leave it. I could not find a place on the design where I could put happy birthday and have it readable so I decided to leave some of the top edge empty and put Rawrppy birthday and make the background pink.
