I liked the ease of customizing the lettering and wording in your own personal way. I chose the semi gloss thinking the card would have a glossy finish. Product was almost a matte almost dull looking finish. Also, some letters were not complete and have half of it missing or very lightly printed.

I had ordered 1 invite to see what the quality was like before I placed a bigger order, the invite took a while to arrive, but when I contacted Zazzle they quickly shipped me a replacement invite.
