The night after ordering my invitations, my daughter decided she wanted to have her party on a different date. I called the following Monday and they had already been printed. I explained my situation and customer service told me that they could not change my original order, but they would refund my money if I returned them and ordered new ones with the new date. I received my new invitations and received a credit to my account within just a few days. The printing is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

Although our invitations took an extra couple of days to arrive we are still very happy. The invitations we ordered are absolutely gorgeous. The colour representation on screen was identical to the product we received. They are of high quality and certainly set the bar high for every thing else we purchased... we absolutely love them and will be using zazzle again in the near future. Fabulous, colour font size was all perfect.
