Sunflower return address self-inking stamp

The self-inking stamp housing is very sturdy and should hold up a long time through a lot of use. The ink applies completely evenly for a perfect impression every time. The printing is clear and crisp, very easy to read and to see detail in the design (ours is a sunflower). I WAS very excited to receive this, however, the actual stamp pad has a little piece missing and the writing is too small. I would appreciate a voucher for a brand new stamp please. :( I'm not impressed whatsoever with the "quality". The printing is a little blurry, and there's a piece missing on the actual rubber stamp.
