When you change the text on back, you can easily change the size, font, colour, placement, etc. I love this and am making several for myself right now to actually hook on our Zazzle wrist key chain I love also. This will be given to the Real Estate Agency for summer renters, and I'm getting a copy for myself also. I did pay the $50.00 and the $30.00 Extended License Fees for the images from a designer I follow and from whom I make numerous purchases.
