Seeing this cheerful container planting during a walk while on vacation in New Mexico inspired this photograph. The pot's turquoise colour evokes the Land of Enchantment and its rich deposits of turquoise and other minerals. It holds a mix of snapdragons, variegated petunias, and marigolds as well as two sunflower varieties, three types of sweet william, and other bright flowers. Taken together, they epitomise summertime's brilliant colour and beauty.
