This was my first time ordering from Zazzle. These tags are beautiful and nicely made. However, I thought that if you chose to keep the hole punch, the tags would come with the hole already punched. Why else would the tag say "keep" hole punch or "delete?" I'm not too happy that it's one more thing I must do myself. .
